Current Official Offline tool scenario
Offline tool Was Provided by GSTN by end of julyAlthough the tool has option to view GSTR 2A details downloaded from website.But same is not available for use.
In view to overcome this I have created a utility tool (unofficial) to convert json file to csv file
Although its still in beta so errors may be expected
